Mediation aims to foster resolution through negotiation rather than confrontation, leading to effective, collaborative and lasting resolutions. Mediation is a confidential, fair and impartial process, where a neutral Mediator helps employees in dispute reach an action-focused agreement.

Our Mediators
All of our Mediators are registered with the MII (the Mediators Institute of Ireland), and trained to the highest level in both Mediation and Employment Law.
Our Mediators are trained and have expertise in supporting employees in dispute. The Mediator creates an environment where the employees can; be heard, communicate openly and directly, explore solutions together, and determine their own outcome, all under the guidance of a skilled, expert Mediator.
