Lydia Garland-Moloney | Managing Partner

With a decade of industry experience, Lydia has an expertise in, and passion for, Human Resource Management and Employment Law compliance. Lydia founded Wayfinder HR with the intention of combining the essential areas of people strategy and management, to give a full-scope consultancy experience.

Lydia holds a law degree (LL.B. Hons), an Adv. Dip. Applied Employment Law (Kings Inns), a Post-Grad. Cert. Sustainable Business Strategy (Harvard Business School), a Prof. Dip. Leadership & Management (UCD), a Post. Grad. Cert. in Global Business (Harvard Business School) and a Post. Grad. Cert. in Organizational Analytics (Stanford University).

Patricia Garland | Mediator & Strategy Partner

Patricia has extensive experience gained over 30 years in the areas of; Human Resources, Learning, Coaching & Development, Mediation, Change Management, and Corporate Compliance.

An honours’ graduate of the National College of Ireland (NCIR) and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Patricia holds qualifications in employee relations and HR, a post-graduate qualification in Equality Studies and Third Age Advocacy from UCD, an Advanced Diploma in Data Protection Law in Ireland from The Honorable Society of Kings Inns (Kings Inns), and an Advanced Diploma in Mediation from the The Honorable Society of Kings Inns (Kings Inns). Patricia is a fully qualified Mediator and registered with the Mediators Institute of Ireland (MII).

Patricia’s focus is on developing and leading people strategies, particularly in the core areas of; mediation, employee engagement, employee wellbeing and development.
